IT Maintenance Agreement

We provide Pro-active Account Management Services:
- With our IT maintenance services, ICE assigns Account Manager along with 2-4 engineers to assist and address client’s needs and requirements
- Monthly meetings: The Account Manager along with assigned engineer/engineers will sit with Client’s site manger and go over the state of the IT & systems affairs and plan for any current and future upgrades and/or growth
- Also during the monthly meetings, IT report is submitted which includes Network bandwidth utilization, uptime of systems and services, mail reporting, and statement of work performed during the entire month
- ICE also provides on-line call ticket system, allowing clients to generate and track service requests. Service request may also be submitted via email to support@iceconsultinginc.com.
